As the Director –Strategy Development in Ace Gemini Consulting, he is actively involved in due diligence, management consulting, M&A strategy and IPO advisory.
Jeff most recently worked in Decision Support Group, Best Buy Canada, where he plays a key role in helping Marketing, Merchandising and Financial Service teams optimize the business process and maximize the profit.
Prior to Best Buy Canada, Jeff had been working in The Home Depot and B&Q where he helped the firms successfully penetrate the China market by Joint Venture and Merger & Acquisition, and grow up as the market leader in China.
While working in Deloitte, Jeff helped a numerous international players successfully enter into China market by setting up Asian head office or acquiring local players, meanwhile, he was also engaged in due diligence and Assurance services for US/HK listings.
